Hey there, Gaming Canines! Welcome to session one of "Who's That Officer?" In which we post a blurred copy of an officer card from our game (link above) and, offering up a hint to go with it, invite you to gain everlasting glory by being the first to identify the character correctly. The character will then be revealed on Friday.

This fellow, a Brunswicker German, bravely and skillfully led the forces under his command (the German fellows in the Saratoga Campaign) to a number of victories despite the bumbling mistakes of his British superior, before the entire expedition was defeated and surrendered in the final battle of the campaign in upstate New York.
