About the Company:

Founded in 2017, Black Labrador Creations is a Limited Liability Corporation that produces, sells, and represents the works of Daniel H Lessin and his associates. Board and card games, as well as the occasional novel, can be found on display, with links to Amazon sales pages. The company is named after the breed of CEO Daniel Lessin’s first pet dog, Sir Watson Le Beau.

About the Personnel

Daniel H Lessin:

A native of New Jersey and resident of Minnesota, I have a history degree from Carleton College and am a seasoned Revolutionary War reenactor. Besides writing books, I enjoy the company of animals (especially dogs), board game design, figurine wargaming, folk singing, and partaking in rituals with my Reformed Druids of North America grove. My works include the first of the Finch Folio Series (Defending the Colonies). I will soon publish the second book in the duology (The Southern Campaign) and am simultaneously working on publishing the soon to be published card game, Loyalty or Liberty?, for which I was the chief ideologue for and did the statistics and mechanics. Aside from this, I am preparing to have a go at many other exciting products as time marches on, including children’s books and board games, and maybe even a computer game in the more distant future!

Artist Corps:

Jason Grossman: Art Director

Jason is a graduate of the School of Visual Arts with a BFA in Illustration. For over 10 years he has been working as an illustrator and art director in the fantasy and sci-fi publishing and board game industry. This drives him to bring the high quality art and products that the team produces. He also has several years of experience running effective comic, anime, and board game convention booths under his belt.

 With over 30 years’ experience in the field of public accounting Eric assists successful entrepreneurs, financial executives and high-net-worth individuals and families with their tax and accounting needs.

 Eric graduated from the State University at Albany with a degree in accounting.

Eric is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is an active member of his local synagogue.
