On Conventions and Manufacturing.
Today at Black Labrador Creations, Art Director Jason Grossman, his wife and company advisor, Kim Leong, and I worked very hard to ascertain the 2022 season of cons we will attend (we have decided to start in 2022 to avoid the onslaught of COVID). We will start small - 6 medium-sized conventions, mostly in our home states of Minnesota and New Jersey, with a few others along the coast. Should be great!
We also have discussed manufacturers a bit. Our plan is to choose a manufacturer for our first game, work with them to start a Kickstarter campaign that will help us pay for some of the manufacturing costs and will also raise hype for the game itself, and see where it all goes!
In other news, I have continued to edit my World War 1 Aviation book, discussing in some detail the terrors of a bombing raid and of interpersonal relationship difficulties among pilots. Interesting topics, and while I am saddened I cannot write with better authority about such topics, I'm simultaneously damned glad I cannot, as I would never want to serve in a World War One fighter squadron!

Though I do not deny that, away from the combat zone, flying one of those old pusher designs once in awhile would be pretty rocking!
